I think the only way to stop those robocalls is just banning business from using robocall as marketing method. I have read some complaints online about this robocall problem. I have even read an article at http://www.whycall.me/news/my-4500-payday-from-a-telemarketer/ about a woman who sued a well-known company after receiving multiple robocalls. This woman won the lawsuit and received few thousands dollars as compensation from the court. If we could do the same with those companies, they will surely think twice before harassing people.
